It wasn't like the two day that we had before, but I think Australia still run away with it there in the end. I think everyone's favorite part was Steve Smith telling Archer that? I, for a very long time until I started listening to podcasts and interviews with cricketers, I never played cricket or anything like that. They'd watch the footy and I'd, I'd get to watch all the footy, but cricket wasn't really their thing. I sort of glance at it. But I've never really known much about cricket. I get heaps outta the interviews when they talk about the banner and all of that stuff. And I love it, eh, just, I didn't, I never realized, how much banter and shit is in cricket, and it's just the best. good.

And then, yeah, I just find it more enjoyable just watching the strategies play out and the, and all that stuff, and getting the big scores and that I'm not. Just whacking it for six all the time doesn't really do much for me. I'm not sure why. I used to like it when, a while ago when it first started, but it's just kind of worn on me now. And it's that, Zach said before it's taken away that the craft of the open and batsman, for the, for tests because they just wanna, Travis head last test, done a superb job to do what he needed to do to win the test. And then this time around not rearing any runs. he is not, not exactly suited to that opening what role really because he is just too, full on at it though, in saying that was a day night test, I've never really taken much notice to day night test.'cause I haven't watched much cricket for a while up until this year or now. And, i'm not a fan of the day, night test day.'cause when it gets, starts to get dark and go under lights and you've got the pink ball and it just makes it harder for the players. It's just a bit of a disadvantage of whoever's in bat at that time can just completely crumble. I can't really see England coming back from near, to be honest.

You've gotta, that's why you've gotta build strong juniors and have three or four good players in there where you can see potential of, all right, I can see where I fit in here and I can help this team to become a Premiership team. And the, the Titans, the Knights, the Knights have, have good players there. I don't think they're as bad off as what people have been saying. I know that I, I'm biased coming from a Knights fan, but I don't think they're as dire as the Tigers in their situations and all of that stuff. We don't have that club shit happen as often, not in, it doesn't play out in the media, there's good players at the nights, Dylan Lucas, who he's got rep player, written all over him, and then you've got Fletcher Sharp that's coming through. You know, you've got cant, you've got Crosland, you've got these really good players in the team. And it might be that they just don't work together. They don't combine well together. You might have to move someone around,, I think Dylan Brown could go in there and if he performs, they can improve. But it's not all gonna fall on Dylan Brown. He's just gotta take pressure off Ponga and just make, give it more threat on the field.'cause at the start of last year and most of last year, the nice defense wasn't that bad. They do a lot of acls quite often, hopefully touch wood, he stays fit and healthy. But I think, I think if you can keep Fletcher Sharp healthy, you keep Dylan Lucas healthy. I don't know how Trey Mooney's gonna go I haven't watched any games of him playing, I'm not a hundred percent sure what to expect to him. I've heard good things about him, hopefully. I think we're still missing a couple of, a couple of front rows and stuff. But when you go through the back line, it's, you got prob and Best and Dane gag. You're not replacing them. You know Dominique Young and Greg Margio. You're not replacing them. Marue drops the ball, the high ball from time to time he gets nervous under it, drops it, whatever it is. But when he does receive that ball, the meters that he makes is just too valuable and I think that's why you can't leave him out of the team. And you can't put Fletcher sharp to the wing because he is too good around the ball in that middle for if someone makes half a break and pops it out to him in broken plays, he is almost unstoppable. He is piping all over again.

And I think that it's more important to get the player off. If he's been hurt, then trying to keep him playing, especially after all this cat shit they don't wanna be running short on their bench. And if a player seems right to play, they'll probably push the envelope a little bit. I know they've got the independent doctor and stuff like that, but you can't tell me that players haven't gone yet. That probably should have just sat off. If they know that they've got two fresh players there that can come and keep their bench full, there's no way that every week you're gonna go to the full six men bench. It's not every week occasionally that they fail their HIAs.

We'll just take you off. We'll put this player on and you can have a young up and coming player, get some NRL experience. And then the fans are excited because they see this player that they don't get to see every week play. it's a win-win for the NRL too. Do it, to be honest. I don't know how they'd work it, but something needs to be done with it.

It's not gonna happen all the time, Or you can go, if they go off for their HIA, that sixth person can come in and if they pass their HIA, that player comes straight back outta the game that that's what you can do. I don't think it's that hard of a concept, to be fair. I think it's a, I think it's a good idea and I think they should do it, but. Whether or not they do, I'm not sure. I don't think they've announced what rule changes they're actually having. We've had the, the new kickoff where tri scorer kicks off.

And he's like, all right, well,'cause every seven days, the whole reason it's called, that's'cause every seven days there's a blood moon and hodes of zombies come and attack you. And we're all right, after the first blood moon, we can attack each other. We're all right, that's a pretty good rule. And we must have played, three days of it, running around, getting supplies. I had this little caravan park I was setting up with me, little fortress and shit. And then Zach had a freaking bunker and all this stuff. And we're just going through. I was freaking pumped for it. And then I come back into the freaking caravan park and Fri Zach smacked me over the back of the head and I'm like, whatcha doing? And he goes, OI, is this your house? And I'm like, yeah. And he goes. See that brown one over there that's, we're like next door to each other. We're like, we can't do this. This is just shit. We just know where each other are. we're like, fuck it. But there's these robots that are getting around that attack ya. that's the environment's attacking ya, which are just, they're part of the ai and that's part of the game. But you've got other online players playing at the same time who can either help you or they can just take you out. And I've had both, I've had people being real nice to me and then it's proximity talking talks really cool. if you are in the proximity to someone, you can hear their voice. talking as the person in the game, not normal. it's pretty cool. I actually, that's what I mean, I'd jump in and out of it. it'd be heaps more fun with friends, but I bought that, played that for an hour or two before I went to work. And then I was sitting at work and I'm I was listening to the cricket. And I'm like, this is good. And then I'm I might play some cricket 24 over the weekend. Completely forgetting. I was recording with Zach and then I got in the car driving home from work and'cause Zach's at work when I'm on my way home from work, I just gave him a ring and he goes, what do you want? And it's been a couple of times where I've played and I'm I dunno what to get, because I remember before I had me watch, I won't hit a six iron that far. And I ended up hitting over the frigging green and frigging over the road and then there's a parked car there. I'm I don't wanna do that again. since then I don't make those sort of things. I can sort of judge it, it feeds back to me phone as well. it tells me, all me, all me, average distances for each club and shit. that's where it's really good and it keeps your score it helps you a little bit. But I'd love me. Watch is probably the best thing I ever bought for golf, to be honest.
